Liverpool trio of Luis Suarez, Daniel Sturridge and captain, Steven Gerrard have all been nominated for the Player of the Year.
The nominations also include Chelsea’s Eden Hazard, Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure and Southampton’s Adam Lallana.
Hazard and Sturridge are also nominated for the young player of the year prize, along with Southampton left-back Luke Shaw, Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey, Everton midfielder Ross Barkley and Liverpool forward Raheem Sterling.
