BOLA TiNUBU'S MOTHER, ABIBATU MOGAJI IS DEAD !!!

Abibatu Mogaji, mother of former Lagos state governor, Bola tinubu is dead.Before her death, Mogaji was the President-General, Association of Nigerian Market Women and Men.She died yesterday 15th of June 2013 at the age of 96 in her home in Ikeja, Lagos.She will be buried at 11am today Sunday at the Ikoyi cemetery, Lagos. May her soul rest in perfect peace.

WIZKID TO PERFORM AT YAHOO WIRELESS MUSIC FESTIVAL ALONGSIDE WITH JAY-Z , SNOOP DOGG

Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park will vibrate through Friday 12 July to Sunday 14 July as the best international acts would hit the stage for The Yahoo! Wireless Festival 2013. The event is an annual summer jam that has taken place in England since 2005. Headlining this year's concert would be Nigerian pop sensation, Wizkid who would be sharing the stage with Ghana's Fuse ODG, as well as other International superstars such as Justin Timberlake, Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg, Trey Songz, JohnLegend, Kendrick Lamar, Miguel, Emeli Sande, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Rita Ora among others. Is this guy a model or what? What are we going to call this, wonders shall never end. Hmmm, probably signs of the end time. Look at how shameless this guy is, showing of his 'small thing' I was flabberwhelmed and overgasted when one of my blog visitors sent me this photo, At first I thought it was a sort of Baptism on a second thought I have never seen a Naked baptism before oooo. A MASQUERADE UNDER ARREST.

One of my. Blog readers sent me this story .

As a kid I had always been scared of masquerades , when I was 10 I visited ma village during christmas holidays and attended one of these village festivals.The festival was held annually and had different side attractions, the most thrilling part is The masquerade display. It was such a memorable day because the masquerade singled me out and chased the hell out of me, I ran as quickly as my legs could carry me till I lost sight of the masquerade. An event that occured yesterday made me remember my child hood days when the masquerade chased me , to my utmost surprise the masquerade was not chasing anyone but it was chased being by ordinary people. When I stopped by and asked questions, I was told that the masquerade stole an item from the market.

India to be world's most populous country by 2028: UN

New Delhi: India's population is expected to surpass China's around 2028, according to a UN report launched Friday.

The report, 'World Population Prospects: The 2012 Revision', has projected that the global population will touch 9.6 billion by 2050, with most growth in developing regions, especially Africa.

"The current world population of 7.2 billion is projected to increase by almost one billion within the next 12 years, reaching 8.1 billion in 2025 and 9.6 billion in 2050," said a statement from the UN office in Delhi.

Much of the overall increase between now and 2050 is projected to take place in high-fertility countries, mainly in Africa, as well as countries with large populations such as India, Indonesia, Pakistan, the Philippines and the US.
