THE 42^ND CONVOCATION CEREMONY OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA

The convocation ceremony was fixed from the 21^st of january 2013 -27^th of january 2013

. The inaugral lecture was given by Dr. OBy Ezekwesili  on the  24^th january 2013 the theme of the lecture was THE WEALTH AND POVERTY OF A NATION: WHO WILL RESTORE THE DIGNITY OF MAN

   . The university of Nigeria produced more than 17,000 graduands  and produced about 116 students with first class. The eletronic engineering department produced 8 students with first class honours and electronic department produced the best graduating student
