conference organised to mark Gov.BabatundeFashola`s sixth year in office. He said the figure was derived from a research recently conducted by the Ministry
of Budgeting and Planning, which showed that the residents spent a lot of money on entertainment. Kuye lamented that the benefits of entertainment had not been fully tapped to boost revenue generation in terms of taxes. "There is merriment tax in the constitution, it is part of the rates local governments can collect. We have not fully utilised the benefit of the entertainment
industry in this state. "Over N1 billion is spent monthly in Lagos state on entertainment, we have the records to
confirm this and these people, how many of them pay tax?

the Wellington Naturist Club on Saturday in a "clóthing óptional" wedding, reported local newspaper The Dominion Post. About half of the 120 guests were Unclád. Both clothéd and Unclád photos were taken, and though guests were asked to dréss for dinner, the dancing portion of the

US DRONES STATIONED IN NIGER TO MONITOR BOKO HARAM
in Niamey, Niger Republic. The Predator drones which also monitor neighbouring Chad and Cameroon are unarmed and could be equipped with Hellfire missiles if
the need arises. The military on the orders of the President, Goodluck Jonathan had deployed thousands of
troops to the troubled states after the imposition of a state of emergency on Tuesday May 14, 2013. Sources say the hardware, supported by USG, was in line with its determination to get rid of extremist in West and North Africa. President Barack Obama had earlier in the
year, announced that 100 American troops were being sent to the drone base in the Nigerien capital. The drones had been deployed against Islamist
extremists in Mali but may have now been extended to cover Niger's border with Nigeria. President of Niger, Issoufou Mahamadou had in January appealed for western assistance in curbing the activities of terrorists operating within the region. "Our countries are like the blind leading the blind. We rely on countries like France and the United States. We need co-operation to
ensure our security," he said. Reacting to the report, Director of Information, Defense Headquarters, Brig-Gen. Chris Olukolade, said as at present, there was no collaboration with the USG on the ongoing offensive.
"This is solely a Nigerian planned operation and we are doing it our own way. This operation is our own and we are doing it in line with best practices. It is Nigerian designed and executed," he maintained.

MY NEXT SCRIPT IS A GAY MOVIE - AFRO CANDY.
I chose the name because guys call me 'Eye Candy'. And I figured, if I'm an eye candy and I'm African, I should be an AfroCandy
.
ARE YOUR BOOBS NATURAL?
No, I did not do any boob job. My boobs are all mine, naturally made and given to me by my creator.
WHY DID YOU GO INTO PORN MOVIES?
I'm not into pornography. I'll say this over and over. The fact that I chose to make romance and sex scenes in my movies real should not make me a porn star. Now tell me, would you call the actors that play assassin and killer
roles in movies murderers because they play such roles? Why are eyebrows being raised over this my movie? Or, is it because it has to do with sex, which is supposed to be a way of life?
WHAT IS YOUR IMPRESSION ABOUT GAYS?
My impression about them is, they are mostly adults, they know what is right and what is wrong and choose to do what is best for them. I guess they know what they want and what they want to do with their lives. So it's
normal. Would you act in a gay movie? Yes, I will. Matter of fact, I have a script for that and I guess that doesn't make me gay now, right?
WHICH PART OF YOUR BODY TURNS GUY ON THE MOST?
Ha ha ha…thats'a very funny question, but how would I even know that? I guess you should conduct a wide search for that and maybe ask the guys for that.
HOW DO YOUR DAUGHTERS FEEL ABOUT YOUR ROLES IN PORN MOVIES?
I may be their mother because I brought them into the world. I may have the privilege to raise them up to adult age. But you know, I cannot tell them what to do or follow at a certain age. Besides, they are Americans who have their own minds. If they graduate from college and decide to follow my footsteps, it's their own calling. If I can predict, they wouldn't want to do what I do because they
have better opportunities and better futures than mine. All I do now is to secure a better future for them so they don't have to go through what I went through in my life time. Mind you, I tell my daughters everything I do.
I even told them about this project, the nature of it, but I could not show them because they are not up to 18 yet. I just had to prepare them in case they run into it on the
Internet, they won't be shocked. So don't worry about my daughters, they are the best children any mother could ever ask for and I thank God for the gift

Gov ordered police to bring my head - Ombatse chief priest
in Lakyo, Nasarawa South Local Government
Area of Nasarawa State, Ala Agu, on
Wednesday said that security men that
invaded the community were ordered by the
state governor, Alhaji Tanko Al-Makura, to
kill him.
The 76-year-old Agu, popularly called Baba
Lakyo, spoke with journalists on Wednesday
at Lakyo during a visit of Senator Solomon
Ewuga (Nasarawa North Senatorial District)
to the community.
The chief priest, who spoke through an
interpreter, said the security operatives did
not come to arrest him, but to kill him "and
cut off my head and take it to the governor."
"It is the governor that asked the people
(police officers) to come here and arrest me,
cut my head and take my head to him.
"When they came, because they were
themselves drunk, my god did not allow them
to come to me and they died on the way.
"The question I asked is, 'has the governor
ever invited me and I refused to go?' If am
invited, I will go. But he sent people to come
and kill me and to destroy Lakyo as a whole.
That is just what it is."
Al-Makura had rushed to the Presidential
Villa, Abuja on May 8, 2013 to brief Vice-
President Nnamadi Sambo on the security
situation in the state, saying that 20
policemen were killed in Lakyo by cultists.
The governor had said that members of
Ombatse laid ambush and killed security
agents sent to arrest the members in their
shrine.
On Wednesday, Baba Lakyo said that he had
never been invited by security agencies,
contrary to reports that the police invaded
the village after he shunned their invitation.
The chief priest said that he was willing to
honour any invitation either by the governor
or the police.
Although Lakyo is peaceful, besides the sight
of burnt vehicles used by the security men,
Agu said he was unhappy with what happened
and was apprehensive of what might befall
him afterwards.
Ewuga toured Lakyo community, and led
reporters to the home of Agu, which
represents the "shrine" of the Ombatse.
Agu however denied ever forcing people to
join the group through any initiation or
drinking of concoction.
"I am grateful for your coming, Senator. I
am very, very grateful for your coming. Even
if the Senator did not come here, I had
intended to go and see him in his house but
since he is here, I am very grateful," he told
the senator.
Agu also said that he was in a nearby village
when the incident took place only for him to
come back to be informed that the governor
sent people to come and kill him.
Asked whether the incident had anything to
do with the politics of the state, he said, "If
you are talking about politics, it does not
bother me. I don't even understand Hausa
language. Politics is not for me because I am
not a politician. Politics is for politicians but
I hear that the time for politicking has not
even come.
"If I ever opened my mouth to force anybody
to take oath, God should punish me".
He said that Ombatse was an association of
Lakyo boys into which nobody was forced to
belong.
He said he was ready to honour any police
invitation but insisted that nobody had
invited him.
According to him, it is even more saddening
that he is being linked to the incident,
especially when he knew nothing about what
happened to the policemen.
But Al-Makura on Wednesday dismissed
Agu's claim that he was never invited for any
meeting.
The governor, who spoke through his Chief
Press Secretary, Mr. Iliya Aliu, in a
telephone interview, said it was on record
that the head of the cult group did not
honour several invitations extended to him.
He said, "It is not true that he was never
invited. The Emir of Lafia who is the
Chairman of the Nasarawa State Council of
Chiefs invited him, he refused to honour it.
"Are Eggon, who is the chief of his area
invited him, he refused; the Police, the SSS
all invited him before this incident but he
refused to honour any of them.
"His followers attacked and killed people in
Asakiyo Alago; they went to Arga Migili,
Kwadere and did the same.
"No responsible government will sit by and
watch such things happen without taking
action.
"It was after he refused to answer all of
these invitations that the state security
council met and decided that he should be
arrested.
"Even their name, Ombatse, means it is our
turn. Their turn for what?
"In any case, no matter the grievance, no
individual or group has the right to kill
innocent security officials.
"He and all those responsible must face the
consequence of their action."
The President of the Egon Cultural
Development Association, Mr. Chris Mamman,
said the only way to get to the root of what
happened at Alakyo was for the Federal
Government to set up a judicial commission
of inquiry.
Ewuga said he decided to tour the affected
area as a matter of national responsibility,
saying he needed to see things for himself
since he is also an Eggon man even though it
was not within his senatorial district.

BRITAIN UNDER ATTACK
The brutal killing of a British soldier Wednesday near a military barracks in the Woolwich neighborhood of southeast London has shocked the United Kingdom, with Prime Minister David Cameron saying the act appears to be a terrorist attack.
The Effect of the “Silver Spoon” on Empowerment of the Masses
In my estimation, the key factor to success depends on the type of individual one aspires to be in terms of having the skills and intellect to harness inherited privileged circumstances into personal successes or, translating the same into a catalogue of hindrances to success. My position is that a combination of good education, perseverance and a woman’s resolve to harness the challenges of our society into opportunities would ultimately lead to her success, despite her family background.“
And here these women tap into a key message around this topic, yes being privileged has a lot of positives, yes you can expect some things to come a lot easier, however you are expected to take advantage of this, use it well and most importantly give back and share the advantages life has given you.

Arsenal close to signing striker Yaya Sanogo from Auxerre
"We are advanced with him, but it is not done," said Wenger. "I am very confident. He is a young striker who is promising, and has a big talent."
Arsenal are expected to strengthen the squad during the summer, with a reported £100m to spend in the transfer market. It has been suggested that Wenger is considering a move for Wayne Rooney, but the manager refused to be drawn on whether Arsenal would be moving for the Manchester United striker, who has put in a transfer request.
Asked if his club could afford Rooney, Wenger said: "That is not even a question at the moment. We have not gone into that. At the moment we have no interest in anybody, we have only one interest and that is of course Sunday's game."
NIGERIAN ARMY LAUNCHES AIR STRIKE ON BOKO HARAM STRONGHOLDS
Nigerian forces used jets and attack helicopters to bombard Islamist militant camps in the northeast on Friday, killing a number of insurgents, the defense headquarters spokesman said.
Brigadier-General Chris Olukolade told Reuters by telephone several camps had been attacked, including in the Sambisa game reserve in Borno state, but did not have further details.
“A number of insurgents have been killed. It is not just Sambisa, every camp is under attack. But we have not done the mopping up operations on the ground to determine the numbers killed,” Olukolade said.
Nigerian forces are trying to regain territory controlled by increasingly well-armed Boko Haram Islamist insurgents in their northeastern stronghold states of Borno, Yobe and Adamawa, which were put under a state of emergency by President Goodluck Jonathan on Wednesday.

The 26-year-old Akpala, who last played for Nigeria in 2010, was picked ahead of Turkey-based Michael Eneramo.

"It's very important to give a chance to other players when the opportunity comes."
Akpala, who made his debut in 2008, is expected to make his return for the Super Eagles in a friendly game in Houston, Texas against Mexico on 31 May.

Arrest me and Nigeria will be history, Dokubo-Asari dares Reps
Niger Delta frontline activist and leader of the Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Force (NDPVF), Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo-Asari, has dared the House of Representatives and leaders in northern Nigeria to arrest him if they can, adding that if they do, Nigeria will become history.
Dokubo-Asari, who addressed a press conference in Abuja, stressed that he stands by his words that “there will be no peace if Jonathan is not re-elected in 2015.”
The House of Representatives had, after a motion moved by Honourable Ali Madaki, called on the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar, to arrest Dokubo-Asari for saying that there would be no peace in Nigeria if President Jonathan was not returned for a second term in 2015.
The position of the House was supported by the Niger State governor, Alhaji Babangida Aliyu, who also called for his arrest.
Other northern leaders and organisations, including the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), also called for Dokubo-Asari’s arrest.
Responding to the various calls for his arrest, the activist said they were cowards if they failed to arrest him.
The former president of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) also stated that any attempt to arrest him would make Nigeria a history.
